About Us
Lindsey was born in Perth, Scotland and lived in the Kinross-shire area and Edinburgh until the age of 21. After graduating from Napier University in Edinburgh, Lindsey moved to Jersey in the Channel Islands to work for a finance company. It was while working in Jersey that she met Paolo who was born on the island. After Paolo finished school, he decided to pursue his passion of cooking by going to catering college and working at many of Jersey’s finest restaurants including Longueville Manor, Hotel L’Horizon, Jersey Potteries, The Village Bistro, The Old Court House to name a few. After a few years of living together in Jersey, they decided to give up everything to combine their skills and set up a ski chalet business in the Alps. Their aim is simple: to give you a ski holiday to remember with wonderful accommodation and fabulous food.
